Yoga is considered a mind-body type of complementary and alternative medicine practice. Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve health and peacefulness of body and mind.

At “ Arogyam Ayurvedic Panchakarma and Yoga center”, we offer classes in practice of the asanas (postures) based on Patanjali’s Yoga. Our program offers a balanced approach that can be taken more deeply or gently, depending on needs of the individual. There are also customized programmes as per the needs of an individual.

Pranayam is perfect control of the life currents through control of breath, and is the process by which we understand the secret of prana and manipulate it.
